At Bespoke Corporate Hub, we strive to deliver professional, transparent, and efficient business setup and corporate services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services purchased through our company.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Refund Policy.


Nature of Our Services

Bespoke Corporate Hub provides business setup, company formation, trade licensing, visa processing, corporate banking assistance, accounting, VAT, compliance, and advisory services. Many of these services involve professional consultation, document preparation, government submissions, and third-party coordination.

As a result, service fees may become non-refundable once work has commenced or expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client.


Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A payment was made in error or duplicated.
  • The requested service has not yet commenced.
  • Bespoke Corporate Hub is unable to provide the requested service due to reasons within our control.
  • A written cancellation request is received before any processing, documentation, consultation, or application work has begun.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by management.


Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Government fees, authority charges, visa fees, trade license fees, registration fees, and third-party expenses already paid.
  • Services that have already been initiated, processed, submitted, or completed.
  • Business consultations, advisory sessions, and professional service fees for work already performed.
  • Delays caused by government authorities, banks, regulatory bodies, or third-party organizations.
  • Rejections resulting from incomplete documentation, inaccurate information, client non-compliance, or decisions made by external authorities.
  • Requests made after substantial work has already commenced.
  • Failure by the client to provide required information or documents within the necessary timeframe.

Company Formation & Trade License Services

For company formation, business licensing, and registration services, government fees and third-party charges paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, Bespoke Corporate Hub reserves the right to deduct administrative, documentation, consultation, and processing costs already incurred.


Corporate Bank Account Assistance

Bank account approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective banking institutions. Bespoke Corporate Hub cannot guarantee approval outcomes, as banks conduct independent compliance and risk assessments.

Therefore, fees paid for bank account assistance, documentation support, and application coordination are non-refundable once the engagement process has started.


Visa & Immigration Services

Visa approvals are subject to UAE immigration laws and the decisions of the relevant government authorities. Bespoke Corporate Hub cannot guarantee approval or processing outcomes.

Government fees, medical examination charges, Emirates ID fees, immigration fees, and related costs become non-refundable once submitted to the respective authorities.


Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to cancel a service must submit a written cancellation request via email to info@bespokechub.com.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of the project, services already provided, and expenses incurred. Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing may take between 14 to 30 business days, depending on banking procedures, payment providers, and administrative requirements.


Limitation of Liability

Bespoke Corporate Hub shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from decisions made by government authorities, banks, regulatory agencies, or other third parties involved in the service process.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to Bespoke Corporate Hub for services that have not yet been performed, where applicable.

Bespoke Corporate Hub reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.

We encourage clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
